 Pony Classes 2011 Details
All Pony Classes shall be carried out and judged in accordance with I.P.S rules
Prizes:
1st €40.00
2nd €30.00
3rd €20.00
Entry Fee: €12.00
Entry Fees will not be refunded in the case of animals entered and later withdrawn.
Entries close on Wednesday April 27th
- Late & on the day of show entry fee €20
- 5% of all prize money deducted in accordance with I.S.A Rules
- Judging commences at 11 a.m on Sunday May 8th
N.B. All Riders must wear helmets. All foals must be led. Competitors must obey stewards and Safety Officers at all times. All animals must be led by persons 16 years and over.
No Stallions allowed. Exhibitors are requested to have adequate insurance cover for their animals

RING 2 - Ridden Ponies - Judging commences at 11 a.m. sharp
Class 53 Open Lead Rein Class for ponies, mares or geldings 4yrs old and over, not exceeding 123cms, suitable for and to be ridden by riders who have not attained their 7th birthday on 1/01/2011. Riders in this class may not compete in any other class at the same show on the same day with the exception of the First Ridden.

Class 61 Combined Show Hunter pony 143 cms - 4 yrs and over to be ridden by rider under 17 yrs on 01/01/11
Class 62 Combined Show Hunter pony -133 cms - 4 yrs and over to be ridden by rider under 14 yrs on the 01/01/11
Class 63 Combined Show Hunter Starter Stakes for ponies 4 yrs and over not
exceeding 133cms - mares and geldings suitable to be ridden by rider
who has not attained the age of 12 yrs on the 01/01/11
SHOW HUNTER PONY CHAMPIONSHIP confined to 1st& 2nd prizewinners in classes 59, 60, 61,62 & 63
Class 64 Side Saddle - Junior ridden class exceeding 138 cms, but not exceeding 153 cms
Class 65 Open Intermediate Show Hunter for mares or geldings 4 yrs and over exceeding 148 cms and not exceeding 158 cms to be ridden by rider under 25 yrs

The Committee reserve the right to cancel or amalgate classes where there are insufficient entries .
Non I.P.S members must pay €5.00 for both owner and rider for first entry for Insurance
